MN Coil Servicecenter GmbH (MN CSC) processes 2D blanks for industry, the automotive industry and aviation using modern and precise cutting methods. This can be used flexibly for all required sheet thicknesses. The output board is optimally used so that the process scrap is kept to a minimum and the resulting cutting gaps are minimal. MN CSC's further development of the clamping technology for the blank also prevents possible surface damage caused by fakir tables.
MN CSC has also optimized the cutting process so that impurities such as splashes, dust or chips cannot get onto or under the board. This benefits the automotive industry in particular, as the maintenance and servicing costs of the press shops for deep-drawing tools can be significantly reduced. Visual inspection of both sides of the blank ensures consistently high surface quality.
Thanks to the fast CNC programming and the high degree of automation, the cutting process can be used for both small and large series. Even small batch sizes are delivered optimally and quickly. In the age of increasing model diversity with series of up to 50,000 units per year, this is attractive for numerous companies.
